& Where We are Going…

On Dec 24, 2022 we suffered frozen sprinklers on the top floor which resulted in water damage all the way to the basement. Working with insurance, we were able to fund damaged area repairs. Through donations we have been able to renovate adjacent areas while the insurance work was being done. We have touched approx 40+ % of the chapter house, but the rest of it is in need of renovation.

Take a look below at some of the improvements done so far and join us in raising funds to complete remaining scopes which include:

• Remaining Study Rooms (5 ea - all on top floor)

• Converting the upstairs sleeping porch to a large study area

• Converting Computer Room to sleeping porch overflow (8 beds)

• Renovating the Chapter Room (lighting is already complete)

• Kitchen updates (lighting, stainless counter tops, refinish cabinets, fresh paint)

• HVAC improvements - including AC to the top 2 floors

• Exterior Improvements (roof, paint, general repairs, irrigation, retaining wall/basketball court replacement, front/back stair improvements, other landscaping, etc)
