So far the work in this area includes:
Texture & Paint on walls and ceilings
Lighting
New solid core doors (hardware, self closing hinges, smoke seals). Doors and jambs will be painted when complete
New carpet in hallways & back stair well.
New commercial carpet squares and rubber base trim
New solid core doors during installation in the basement
Door trimmed out, ready for hardware & latch. Flat panel, primed and will get painted a dark accent color.
